On January 1, 2010 DataFree, Inc has launched http://www.fishblab.com.
FishBlab.com allows users to analyze fishing areas and species using almost 30 years of federal fishing data from the US government (NOAA). Tools include a dynamic map based view of all fish species by area http://area.fishblab.com and available fish as well as graphs of selected fish catch by month. A fish view provides data for a single species of fish http://fish.fishblab.com allowing the analysis of species range and top areas to fish. FishBlab.com also contains user contributed fishing discussion, catch reports and photos.
